Ques : Can that be used on the car with the dpf filter?
Ans. Yes, it can be used in diesel fuel tank of car with DPF filter.
Ques : Apart from the price, what's the difference between your Cetane Booster and Power Blast additives? I've been using a Chemsearch additive (K Gard) in my Shogun and it makes a very significant all-round improvement.
Ans. The cetane booster is purely that, i.e. it increases the cetane rating of the fuel you are using. The diesel and petrol power blast products as well as containing cetane/octane boosters, also contain detergents which clean your complete fuel system. Including injectors and exhaust components, ensuring that your engine receives finely atomised fuel, ensuring a much better fuel burn (each molecule of fuel is surrounded by molecules of oxygen). Your engine is now smother and has more power / torque with reduced fuel consumption.
Ques : Hello, I want to buy the Cetane booster and the Lubricity Booster; these products have a time limit for conservation beyond which they lose efficacy and performance?
Ans. Both products have a shelf life of 2 years.
Ques : Hello, I'm just wondering if this product is safe to use with biofuel diesel?
Ans. Yes, this product is safe to use with biofuel diesel.
Ques : I recently purchased your cetane booster, would it be beneficial to use this product at the same time to increase lubrication and cleaning, or do you think that would not be a good idea. I ask because I have been led to believe cetane boosters reduce the lubrication slightly in the diesel fuel ?
Ans. We Would recommend to use Hydra Diesel Power Blast, which is a complex product that already includes a cetane booster and lubricant.
Ques : My maths is rubbish at this time of day. Can you tell me how many ml I would need to put in a 50 Litre diesel tank on both the normal ratio and the higher dosage ratio ?
Ans. 50ml of Hydra Cetane Booster treats up to 50 Litres of fuel in normal ratio and in higher dosage ratio 100 ml of Hydra Cetane Booster will treat up to 50 Litres of fuel. Please make sure fuel tanks being treated should be at least 10% full.
